Derek brings a wealth of experience to the business, with a background as a trained butcher and former manager of a shellfish processing plant. He oversees all aspects of product handling, hygiene, and food safety at our facility. Derek’s practical knowledge and focus on quality ensure that every product leaving our site meets strict standards and arrives fresh and ready for market.

Eoin looks after the day-to-day running of the business and plays a key role in its development. His responsibilities include business development, marketing, logistics, invoicing, and credit control. Eoin brings a fresh and professional approach to the company, helping us grow sustainably while keeping operations running smoothly. His focus is on building strong customer relationships and ensuring efficient service from order to delivery.
